[CONFIRM OPEN FIRST] Private Eyes Dundee is described as the third branch of the Private Eyes lap dancing chain. Its page lists a central pole stage with free shows, private dance booths and a VIP lounge for special occasions. It also offers stag packages with a stage show. However, the chain's current site menu lists only Aberdeen 1, Aberdeen 2 and Inverness, and Dundee is missing.

Mixed-use adult venue near Dundee city centre that works as a sauna by day and hosts swingers, kink, trans/CD and LGBTQ+ nights in the evening. It was previously Club Kudos. Reviewers describe it as spotless, laid-back and good for newcomers, though numbers can be low. Basement play rooms, a sauna and a big kink kit set it apart, and it says it is registered with the local council.
