Cala Varques is an unspoilt cove near Manacor on the east coast of Mallorca, with no buildings or bars and clear turquoise water below limestone cliffs. There is no direct car access: visitors walk in, which takes around an hour, or arrive by boat. The old parking area is closed and police fine cars left on the roadside.
